  • Once I am a member where do I go to start courses I am enrolled in?

    Click on "My Dashboard" in the navigation bar to start your courses.

  • Will there be new content?

    Yes, we will continue to add to the resources on Access Endo and also have occasional live events!

  • Why is the sound turned off on the videos?

    Firefox and Safari automatically mute auto play videos. Make sure to pause and click the unmute button in the top right of the video.

  • What order should I go through the courses in?

    We have made this curriculum fluid so that you can focus on what interests you. The order of the courses in your dashboard will be that of the most progress to the least.

  • How do I participate in the "General Discussion"?

    You can access the "General Discussion" forum in the "My Communities" section of your "Student Dashboard". (To access the "Student Dashboard" click on "My Dashboard" in the navigation menu at the top of the Access Endo page)

  • What if I need help?

    Feel free to shoot and email to info@accessendo.org anytime and we'll do our best to help troubleshoot whatever issue you're encountering.

  • Where can I send feedback about an issue?

  • Can I skip a video in a course?

    You must complete each video before moving on to the next video lesson in the course.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Please go to your Thinkific account > subscriptions > cancel. Please email info@accessendo.org with any questions. (Upon cancellation, access to the platform will remain until the prior months subscription expires. No refunds will be granted for partial months usage.)
