When going through Dr. Gilbert&'s Access Endo Impact program, my first takeaway was his passion for teaching and inspiring general dentists to grow in their craft.  A lot of dental CE gives surface-level information that is hard to immediately apply to your practice.  Dr. Gilbert gives the detailed information, tips, and tricks that give you the confidence to do great endo as a GP.  He answers the nuanced procedural questions you've always had but didn't know who to ask to get answers.  Even more impactful than the actual dental education is his "Power Of One" series.  His passion for the mental health side of dentistry is something everyone in our profession needs right now.  There is nothing more powerful than knowing that many others go through the same struggles you do, and to learn that there are so many ways to enjoy, thrive, and find your purpose in the profession of dentistry!
